About the event

Gayle Martin and Michael Riahi, owners of Plum Plums Cheese in New Canaan and Riahi Wine Selections, will guide us through a tasting of American farmstead cheeses paired with white and red wines. Our journey will include an in-depth education of the history and evolution of farmstead cheesemaking in the US, and why our domestic cheeses – and wines – can stand up to any French competition!
